Foundry fittings are furnished in ANSI B1 20.1 NPT Taper Threads,
except for locknuts, which are NPS threaded. They are available
in hundreds of stock sizes and styles from your local distributors,
backed by factory inventories

DEFINITIONS
- A.
DISTRIBUTOR –
- any
supply company that purchases our firm's piping products
and has been selected to maintain warehouse stocks of
those products.
- B.
JOBBER –
- any
supply company that purchases our firm's piping products
for resale to its customers.
- C.
USER –
- any
company or individual that purchases our firm's piping
products to meet its own requirements.
II.
DISTRIBUTOR QUALIFICATION
- Eligibility
for Distributor selection is established and retained
by maintaining a warehouse stock of a representative group
of piping products. It is recommended that the initial
stock the approximately $2,7000.00 subject to modification
based on the nature of the market area to be served.
- The
Latrobe Foundry Machine & Supply Co. reserves the
right to make the final determination concerning the selection
of any firm to serve as a Distributor.

III.
DISTRIBUTOR POLICY
- The
Latrobe Foundry Machine & Supply Co. desires to conduct
all piping product sales through its Distributors and
makes every effort to insure that its sales and promotional
activities are in keeping with that policy.
- The
Latrobe Foundry Machine & Supply Co. does not enter
into exclusive territorial agreements with any Distributor
but pledges to exercise care to insure that no market
area is served by an excessive number of Distributors.
